Toast walnuts in a small skillet over medium heat until golden brown about 4 minutes.  Add the coconut oil and then toss in the spices to coat.  Add the brown sugar and 2 tablespoons of water and cook until it thickens a bit, about 2–3 minutes.  Take off heat, pour onto a sheet pan, spread out, and let cool.
